BASIC RULES

• Artist own all copyrights to the artwork. Claiming it as your own, selling, redistributing, copying, or profiting off of it in any way is strictly prohibited.

• Artist is able to reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use the piece at her discretion and for self promotion. 

• Please let me know if you don't wish me to use the image in advance.

• You are free repost the commission, or use it for personal reasons. Artist needs to be credited properly. 

• Deliver time is different regarding the subject. No rushing commission accepted. Please discuss the timetable with me in advance.

PAYMENT

• I will start a commission once I have been paid. Please do not pay before I have accepted the commission.

• All payments must be made in USD via Venmo or PayPal.

• Once paid, you will be set into a que / line if the artist is backed up with commissions. You will be contacted once the commission begins.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By contacting me for a commission, you agree to these terms. Any violation will be dealt with accordingly, and may result in blacklisting. If you have any questions, please email the artist.

REFUNDS AND PROCESS

• I will only refund you 100% if your commission has not yet been started.

• Guideline for refund: 

       Not Started: 100%
       Line art or foundation: 50%
    Finished and Delivered Image: 0%
